We are delighted to announce that the international magazine Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) again this year has ranked Arnason Faktor as Tier 1 as the first recommended patent firm in Iceland. MIP's survey of the world IP market is based on extensive research and interviews with IP practitioners and clients worldwide. No other Icelandic firm is ranked in the Tier 1 for patent firms in the 2011 survey.

The survey is a qualitative ranking of the leading firms and reveals the level of expertise of each firm as well as the depth of the firms' ability to service clients. The tiers reflect the perception of the firms in each market, with the top tier including those firms regarded as having the strongest practices.
